Resumo

The present work was developed with the aim of bringing a proposal through the use of concrete material with well-defined purposes and according to specific and according to specificities of certain mathematical contents. This research refers to a didactic proposal based on the principles of action research action research regarding the application of a methodology with emphasis on the conceptualization of plane geometric figures present in civil construction works. The present research was developed in the discipline of Course Conclusion Work II (TCC II) of the Mathematics Degree Course of the Amazonas State University (UEA). Amazonas State University (UEA). Its application took place in the premises of the Isaías Vasconcelos State School Isaías Vasconcelos State School, located in Iranduba, with students of 3rd year of high school. high school. Altogether, two activities were carried out, all developed within the perspective of exploration and research with the use of concrete material focused on teaching and learning of plane geometry. There were also applied three questionnaires, two for the students and one for the collaborating to the collaborating teacher of the school, being these questionnaires the main instrument for data collection. The results obtained point to a greater ease of easiness of the students in studying certain geometric concepts from the interaction with their interaction with models aimed at civil construction. In this context, the this research also proposes an analysis of the impacts of the confection of mockups for the teaching of Geometry in accordance with what several authors on the subject.
