Resumo
The constant changes in foreign trade, with sanctions and blockades of
merchandise, in addition to the large increase in cargo seizures due to drug trafficking,
made global Customs look at the safety and compliance of
processes differently, benefiting companies that demonstrated
committed to the regulatory processes presented by them, gaining in return
reduction in bureaucratization of processes. This work aims to present the
which is the Brazilian OAS program, in addition to its implementation in a company
located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus implemented via normative instruction in the year
2014, which has gained strength in the national market and for medium and
large company in search of competitive advantage inside and outside Brazil. The search
was qualitative in nature, through bibliographical and documentary consultation and analysis
descriptive. Private companies still have questions about whether it is worth it
participate in the OAS certification process and how much this process may affect
its internal processes. The advantages that companies that decide to
become Authorized Economic Operators are not so clear and do not present
definitely the benefits.
