Resumo

This paper presents a research conducted in a school of multigrade organization located in the rural area of Barreirinha AM. For the writing to be possible, theoretical research was conducted about the rural Education in its legal basis in laws and guidelines to support the population that needs acess to education; in authors who deal with multisereriation as a viable alternative; and finally the teacher training needed to work in multiseriodical organization of education. We emphasize the importance of the relationship between the school-family-community triad. This is a qualitative research carried out through a dialectical approach in teaching and as a technical instrument to obtain data and analyze the results we used a questionnaire with open and closed questions for teachers who work in elementary school II. The functionality of multigrade teaching in the Orlando Pereira Municipal School and the teaching practices within this space are of fundamental importance for meaningful learning. and through the results we highlight the forms of planning and teaching methodologies adopted and applied by teachers in the classroom and how it contributes to a good education. Finally. we emphasize that a good teacher training is essential for the execution of an effective work. even if there are adversities, whether related to weather and time or to the limitation of didactic and pedagogical materials that meet the needs of teachers and students of this school.
