Resumo
Analyze the strategies used in outpatient care that
contribute to the healing of injuries and a reduction in amputations caused by the foot
diabetic in national and international scientific publications over the last five years.
Method: This is an Integrative Review, with a qualitative approach. For the
study design, first the Integrative Review Protocol was constructed,
consisting of six methodological steps. Data collection was carried out in the Pubmed databases,
Scielo, LILACS, BDENF and Scopus, using the descriptors selected below combined
with the Boolean operators AND and OR. Results: For the presentation of results
the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta checklist was used.
Analyzes (PRISMA), showing a total of 270 articles, of which 257 were eliminated
because they did not meet the eligibility criteria, leaving a total of 13 original articles.
Of these, 08 were found in Pumed, 03 in Scopus, 01 in the LILACS database and 01 BDENF.
Conclusion: This study allowed us to identify that the most relevant strategies are
educational processes, followed by the use of covering technologies and
topical use, as well as adherence to telehealth for self-monitoring during the pandemic
of COVID-19. Consequently, this work contributes to the profession in the sense that
offers synthetic and updated information for both the academic and
for healthcare professionals
