Resumo
The marginal poetry of the "mimeograph generation" of 1970 revealed itself as a
literature of intellectuals who used, at that time, themes, people and contexts on the
margins, however, more recently, it has been used by the marginalized themselves,
especially by the LGBTQIA+ community (lesbians, (lesbian, gay, bisexual,
transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and a multitude of other identities), as a
potentiator of discourses of this part of society, manifestations conveyed in social
networks such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Tiktok. In this research,
the central objective is to analyze the discourse present in marginal poetry in these
virtual tools that are used as support tools for discourses of resistance and
confrontation. The bibliographical survey aims, thus, to present the characterization of
the new form of marginal poetry, as well as to make notes about orality as an integral
part of literature and the role of performance to support the gestures, both, orality and
performance, which fill gaps that writing does not occupy, based on studies presented
by authors such as Ferréz (2005), Eslava (2004), Zumthor (1993, 1997, 2005) and
Oliveira (2011). The authors who reference the contextualization of the contributions
of social networks as a tool for social manifestation, besides observing how they work
as a space of memory and search for justice, are: Machado (2007), Hall (1997) and
Bauman (2001). For the theoretical-methodological approaches, more specifically
Discourse Analysis, are: Orlandi (2005) and Pêcheux (1975). Thus, this research
validates how the representations are found in the discourses, particularly in social
networks, through the marginal poems, also presenting a memorial role and search for
justice, allowing greater depth in the life experiences of subjects through engagement
on the Internet.
