Abstract

The present work has the purpose of carrying out the adequacy of the Print Center project according to the general requirements demanded by the regulatory safety standards. The premises initially imposed for the realization of the project consisted of designing a printing machine on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) with the ability to service the company's production lines, as well as an automated system to ensure the safety of employees responsible for carrying out operations in the machine. During the project, after several proposed models, the operation of the Printing Center was defined, according to the production capacity, the physical space provided by the company and the cost of implementing the project. Then, the components responsible for the operation of the machine were defined according to the requirements agreed between the company and the project team. Therefore, in parallel with the progress of the projects involving the Printing Center, the design of the enclosure structure for the machine started in order to ensure that the plant was in compliance with NR12, as well as the fastening project of all robotic manipulators that make up the system.
