Resumo

This study discusses about digital didactic games in mathematical learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of the Math Duel application as a technological resource that enhances the meaningful learning of 6th grade students in basic mathematical operations. The methodological procedure was centered on the qualitative nature; being the action research type, for instrument and research technique we opted for participant observation, pretest and posttest, mixed questionnaire and as data analysis we used the triangulation method. Through the analysis of the results we found the importance of basic mathematical operations for the teaching-learning process; We identified difficulties in basic operations such as interpretation of the calculus, organization of the issue, misconceptions in reserved resolutions, where we found that students were able to obtain more positive learning results using the Math Duel application.
