Resumo
The present research aimed to understand the implications of the pedagogue's
performance in the organization of pedagogical work. It is a qualitative research where
it was used as technical procedure the field research with descriptive character. As an
instrument for data collection we used participant observation, field notebook, and
semi-structured interviews. To carry out the research we initially carried out a
bibliographical survey for theoretical foundation about the theme under study, through
books, other scientific productions and official documents. The research was based on
scholars such as Libâneo (2018), Bueno (2001), Monteiro (2012), Placco (2012),
among others. The research site was a municipal public school in the south-central
zone of Manaus. We present during the work, some conceptions of the organization of
pedagogical work, as well as a brief history of the formation and performance of the
pedagogue. As results, we identified the challenges and possibilities of the
pedagogue's performance facing the organization of the pedagogical work, and the
articulation between pedagogue-teacher facing the teaching and learning of children.
The results point to an organizational culture with assent among the subjects of the
school, since it walks in the development of their projects in common agreement, which
characterizes and encourages the culture of the school in a different way,
strengthening in the coexistence of individuals who make the school.
