Resumo
Faced with a highly competitive market reality, marked by constant technological advancement, there is a need for micro-enterprises to seek ways to survive and consolidate themselves, seeking ever greater growth and prominence in the face of competition. Therefore, strategic planning is vital for the survival of any company, with its absence the company faces difficulties in identifying the needs and opportunities that exist within the target market. Strategic planning is an effective tool to help managers make more assertive decisions. Therefore, the work is classified as a case study because it is a representation of real life, with the objective of developing a strategic planning proposal for a micro-company in the photography industry in Manaus with the aim of directing senior management towards better results. sales and business sustainability.
