Abstract

In industrial environments, equipment calibration plays an essential role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Measuring instruments are essential for monitoring production processes, ensuring consistent and accurate results. Therefore, it is essential that the company uses properly calibrated equipment, avoiding negative impacts on the quality of the final product. This work aims to improve the process of approving equipment after calibration in a company in the air conditioning sector, through the development of an automated system for evaluating the documentation provided, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. Finally, a comparison will be made between the use of traditional spreadsheets and a modern system for evaluating calibration certificates.
