As competências socioemocionais e a formação do engenheiro de produção: um olhar para o mercado de trabalho atual

Abstract

Globalization has led to changes and advances in society and organizations, so that soft skills have become the focus of studies and the current labor market. In this sense, the 2019 National Curriculum Guidelines were born with the objective of developing these competencies in undergraduate students. Behavioral aspects have become key elements for hiring and maintaining jobs. Therefore, this work has as main objective to present and discuss the skills most requested by the job vacancies available online on the recruitment and selection sites for Production Engineers throughout the national territory and the importance with the DCNs (2019). Competencies such as effective communication, personal values, teamwork and leadership, interpersonal relationships and critical thinking were highlighted in the job vacancies found. Therefore, it is affirmed the importance of teaching strategies that allow the improvement of students in this area to occupy their positions in the current labor market. Keywords: . Labor market.
