Tecnologias de enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde: uma revisão da literatura

Abstract

This study aimed to answer the following research question: What nursing technologies have been used in primary health care, and what are their impacts on care practice and health education? Method: An Integrative Literature Review (ILR) was conducted between April and August 2024. Search strategies were developed using DeCS and MeSH descriptors, and the studies identified were analyzed through the following steps: reading, evaluation of included studies, analysis and interpretation of results, categorization, and synthesis of studies. Articles published in the last five years, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, addressing nursing technologies in primary health care, were included. The data collection instrument comprised: authorship, year of publication, country of publication, article title, study type, main results, and level of evidence of the study. Results: A total of 699 studies were identified based on the descriptors and Boolean operators used. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 8 articles met the requirements established for this research. Conclusion: Nursing technologies, particularly Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), have shown a significant impact on improving primary health care. They contribute to optimizing patient care and enhancing communication between health professionals and the community
