Um estudo sobre os processos de institucionalização e desinstitucionalização das práticas trazidas pelo Programa Ronda no Bairro às polícias civil e militar Do Amazonas

Abstract

It is a fact that professionals from organizations respond to processes imposed by the positive and negative institutions. This impacts on the institutionalization, non-institutionalization or deinstitutionalization of new police practices. Considering the institutional theory that brings analytical instruments to understand the responses given by organizations in the face of institutionalization processes, and the phase of post implementation and execution of the program Ronda no Bairro (round in the neighborhood), a question is drawn: How were the organizational responses of the Military Police (PMAM) and the Civil Police (PCAM) against the institutional demands of the Government of Amazonas after implantation and execution of Ronda no Bairro ? From the above, this research project will seek to understand the organizational responses of PMAM and PCAM in front of the institutional demands of the Ronda no Bairroin the light of institutional theory. The method of approach will be the qualitative, through bibliographical research.
