Resumo
Solar radiation is a determining factor in global climate behavior and meteorological phenomena, and data is required in many applications and in different areas of study. Solar radiation represents the amount of energy that is available for the processes of evapotranspiration, photosynthesis and air and soil heating, being one of the factors that most affects evapotranspiration and crop productivity. The objective of this work is to evaluate the estimate of solar radiation incident in the city of Tefé, using the models of Donatelli & Campbell (1998) and Chen et al. (2004), who use data on maximum and minimum temperature, solar radiation incident on the surface (Rs) and solar radiation incident on the top of the atmosphere (Ro).
