Manutenção preditiva através de termografia em subestação de consumidor de alta tensão de uma indústria petroquímica

Abstract

This paper seeks to demonstrate the importance of thermography as an efficient tool for predictive maintenance in high-voltage substations of a petrochemical industry located in the city of Manaus/AM in increasing the reliability of electricity supply, in addition to addressing the benefits of using thermography as a non-invasive technique. It presents factors that may influence the thermographic inspection process, equipment used, and all the theory involved. Finally, it exposes the results obtained based on the thermographic images surveyed, being carried out preventive and corrective interventions, reducing the risk of failure and increasing the life of equipment.
