Abstract

This research aims to analyze two of the translations of the poem The Raven, by Edgar Allan Poe, by means of Gradation, idealized by Martin and White (2005) and part of the part of the Evaluative System. The translations that were selected are the ones by Machado de Assis and Fernando Pessoa.
