Resumo

The present study aims to analyze the experiences of both the teachers and the students of the Pedagogy course, as well as the barriers and difficulties encountered in training as pedagogues during the remote classes in the pandemic period of COVID-19. With the theme "The formation of pedagogues in times of remote classes: challenges and possibilities for the continuity of studies in the CESP-UEA Pedagogy course". To this end, a bibliographical survey was carried out based on recent studies by Souza (2020), Moreira, Henriques & Barros (2020), Rodrigues (2021), where we can learn about different theoretical perspectives on the theme. The methodological procedures adopted were of a qualitative nature, using the phenomenological approach to understand how education was affected by the pandemic and how the remote classes, even in an emergency way, were the solution for the students not to get stuck with their studies and thus face challenges and possibilities. The data collection also occurred remotely by means of a whatsapp questionnaire to the teachers and students. The research demonstrated the difficulties faced by both teachers and students in the period of social restrictions and limitations to the access to remote classes, and also presents the contributions of remote classes in the formation of pedagogues, which we can consider the class that most learned and developed technological skills aimed at the educational process.
