Abstract

The need to improve quality in document organization and manipulation has led to the emergence of a new tool called Electronic Documentation (Paperless) with the help of technological developments. With it, it becomes possible to handle information contained in documents that previously could not be used by more than one person at a time. Given that documents are the basis of information support for decision making, management and control, enabling better performance for companies and / or organizations in their optimized processes, in an electronic company, responsible for the production of Circuit boards and components, being electronically inserted into the organization's system, make it possible to consult, thanks to the development of this new technology. The contribution reverts to efficiency through the optimization and safety of the steps developed to complete the products to be passed on to customers.
