Eficácia dos treinamentos operacionais no 3º grupamento bombeiro militar do CBMAM: análise e proposta de reestruturação das instruções

Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of the operational training model of the Amazonas Military Fire Department (CBMAM), focusing on firefighting, rescue, and high-angle operations. The study, characterized as exploratory-descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach, was developed through a case study at the 3rd Firefighter Battalion (3º GBM) in Manaus. Structured questionnaires using the Likert scale, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis were applied, with data processed through descriptive statistics and with the support of Atlas.ti software. The results showed that, although CBMAM has wellestablished training practices, challenges remain regarding standardization, supervision, and operational knowledge retention. The study highlights the importance of enhancing organizational learning and human resource management to strengthen institutional efficiency and professional development. It contributes to the discussion on continuing education in military organizations and suggests strategies to improve training processes and the quality of emergency response services provided to society.
