Resumo

The objective of this work was to identify the factors that directly and indirectly impact productive efficiency based on lean philosophy as a way of knowing how to control and manage them, favoring assertive decision and congruent with the need of the production process in a stamping company on the industrial hub of Manaus-AM. In view of the Efficiency and Productive Capacity indices, data were collected from January to July 2019. The labor rate, thus, served as crucial information for an accurate diagnosis of the real situation of the factory's efficiency, its warning points and improvement. Through this diagnosis, it was raised, mainly, what has affected this work rate, by observating downtime and the production plan. According to the results presented, it can be said that the proposed solutions to update the process time of the items, standardize the set up and optimize the production plan proved to be efficient. A production simulator was created which had zero cost with a view to eliminating overtime in the printing sector. It was found that the inventory items started to be identified, having control and efficiency in planning the following processes in a timely manner. The operator, in this implementation, is able to see the correct process number to be performed by him. Thus, with the economic lot rule, the set ups for each machine performed by the operator average 2 to 3 set ups per day in the automatic machines and 200 tons.
