Resumo
This work aims to propose a hybrid project management methodology based on agile methods, specifically designed for early-stage startups. The research was developed through a case study of a company incubated at the State University of Amazonas (UEA), which faces recurring challenges related to project management and software delivery in highly uncertain environments. The hybrid approach considers the integrated application of methodologies such as XP, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Startup, adapted to the specific needs of startups that require flexibility, speed, and constant innovation. The proposal seeks to improve team productivity, the quality of delivered products, and the fulfillment of established deadlines through agile practices that promote continuous value delivery and incremental solution validation. The research aims to validate the hypothesis that the structured adoption of agile methods can positively impact the operational and strategic performance of startups, contributing to their consolidation and competitiveness in the market.
