Abstract

Civil construction is present in everyday life with a gradual growth. New ones appear with different objectives, be it renovation of buildings, construction of roads, houses that are reverted in improvements for the population, or as: via systems, dams and tunnel construction. For modern construction it is necessary to use tools with purpose, and the constructive process optimized mainly in large constructions, the use of software, modern construction equipment, these tools enhance modern construction. In this context, it is necessary to maintain the appropriate maintenance teams, as there are several occurrences, in order to maintain the places of occurrence, which can be impacting operational machines in good progress. control in terms and profits of the responsible company. For this, an adequate plan of preventive as well as corrective maintenance is necessary. This work follows one of these occurrences with the objective of specifying the steps of a maintenance, including the procedures for purchasing parts, components and other inputs, highlighting the factors that involve no maintenance process.
