A importância do planejamento urbano na implantação de uma feira livre de dentro do espaço urbano de Parintins – AM

Abstract

The accelerated urban growth brings with it numerous structural problems, economic and environmental partners in cities, in which urban planning arises as a tool to mitigate these impacts. Parintins did not escape this rule, because in recent years there has been a significant increase in its population in the area. urban as well as the number of neighborhoods, often the result of illegality, therefore, absent from planning. Thus, the present work has as its theme the urban planning, as it is through their actions that solutions are sought for these clashes and thus, aims to analyze its applicability in the implementation of the fair of Itaúna in the city of Parintins-Am. It is intended to investigate the physical conditions and of its installation, the socio-environmental impacts caused by them as the consequences of installing an enterprise of this nature without a prior planning. The results were obtained through questionnaires with open and closed questions of socioeconomic character as well as research in public agencies (IBAMA, State Secretariat for the Environment - SEMA and Department of Works of the Municipality) to verify the legal and/or illegal status of the fair. The information contained herein may help in the discussion of the topic urban planning analyzing its importance, as it regulates and allows certain actions and decisions in the city in addition to assisting in the application of public policies for the well-being of the population.
