Resumo

Fairy tales emerged several centuries ago in the oral tradition, through stories that the told to children as a form of teaching for future events. future events. They were most intensely valued when there was a change of audience, i.e. from an adult audience to a new one. the adult audience to a new audience, which would be the children. children. It was great authors, such as the brothers Grimm and Perrault, who made the tales to spread and gain notoriety, dedicating their lives to the study of the implicit in fairy tales and their importance in children's lives. This narrative has been changing according to the transformations in society and the needs of of the child audience, and therefore, the family and the school are fundamental in the process of the formation of critical readers, as they are responsible for showing the universe of literature in a pleasurable way, as well as looking for ways to stimulate reading and reading and imagination of the child.
