Resumo
This research was carried out with the objective of verifying the actions of Sports
Marketing of the Bemol group with Manaus Futebol Clube in the city of Manaus – AM.
Seeks to verify the importance of Sports Marketing for a football club and verify the
real intention of the company to sponsor the club. It seeks to understand that the
company's sponsorship for the club is not only the amount passed on to the club every
month, but the brotherhood relationship between the parties, as both the company and
the club are genuinely founded on Amazonian lands, this generates a relationship of
proximity and appreciation of regional things, valuing what belongs to the land itself.
Seeking to answer this question about the theme, the research was carried out through
bibliographical investigation and interview with the head of the Marketing department
of the Bemol group. Seeking to prove that the real intention of the company in
sponsoring the club is to have a relationship in which the fans look at the company with
a partner that is from the region and that wants to value football in the Amazon, and,
for that, it needs the fans to also value the club and company.
