O folguedo natalino pastorinhas: uma possibilidade para o ensino na escola São Pedro do Parananema em Parintins -AM

Abstract

This research weaves discussions about the theme "The Christmas Folguedo Pastorinhas: A Possibility for Teaching at the São Pedro do Parananema School in Parintins – AM". And the objectives that permeated the research were: To know how the literature presents the shepherd folguedo giving a focus to the local reality. To verify how teachers work the importance of the shepherd folguedo in their experiences in the classroom. To analyze how the articulation between the shepherd slack and the contents taught in school as knowledge production takes place. The authors who guided the research were: Geertz (1989, 2008.), Malinowski (2009, 2019), Candau (2003), as well as others who helped in the construction of the work, contributing with its importance, and giving meaning to the Christmas break pastorinhas. The subjects investigated in this research were 3 three teachers, graduated in teaching and postgraduates. The research is qualitative, using a dialectical approach, and as a method of ethnographic procedure. Therefore, we used as instruments for data collection the participant observation and questionnaire for teachers. In this way we can perceive with the research, the great cultural and social importance that the shepherdess has for students, teachers and community in general, because it is a culture that still remains alive today, being passed down from generation to generation. And teachers, according to the researched work, are fundamental pieces for children to have contact with this culture, so that it does not fall into oblivion.
