Narrativas de professores sobre educação sexual com crianças dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental

Abstract

This work has a porpose understand through the narratives teacher´s narratives how it happens the approach of sex education in the early years classroom of the Municipal School “Irmã Cristine” in the Parintins City, inside Amazon state. We seek theoretical subsidies as Foucault (2015) to speak about sexuality; Connely e Clandinin (1995) and Saragoff (2015). The metodology was ground in the narrative method, taking the research a qualitative nature. The narratives is a method where it is analyzed the speech, stories and experiences of the survey respondentes. The objectives are, investigate if this school approach the theme sex education, describe how is approach the sex education through the teachers and know the teacher´s experiencies in addressing the sex education with the students. The data collection was given through of the instant messaging application ‘Whatsapp”. The research was realize during the coronavírus pandemic SARS-COV-2, for this reason, the presential activities was suspended, where we had to adapt the research model, we did interviews with the teachers, were interview three teachers that teach in the early years of elementar school. Through the teacher´s narratives we identify that school doesn´t address in it school curriculum the sex education as a transversal theme, the thematic is Only shown in the science class when the body hygiene it´s work. According to narratives the lack of resources and speciality training are one of the harmful factors for the approach the sex education as transversal theme.
