Abstract

This work aims to understand the performance of the school manager and the reflection of his actions in the students' learning. It aims to understand the conceptions of school management and also intends to reflect on the challenges of the manager's actions in relation to pedagogical actions, as well as to analyze the role of the school manager as an articulator of students' learning. Field research was carried out through a qualitative research with the application of questionnaires for management, pedagogy, teachers and the student mother. The results showed that school management and learning are intertwined and are modified according to government changes.
