Os elementos fantásticos no conto Bárbara de Murilo Rubião

Abstract

The present article seeks to point out the main fantastic elements present in the short story "Bárbara", by Murilo Rubião. We chose the short story, because it is a genre of quick reading, and, we selected the fantastic literature, characterized by the hesitation between the strange and the wonderful, and that, by using a narrative employing the supernatural, makes it possible to talk about certain issues of reality and that are marked by the label of "forbidden". Our objective is to point out the fantastic elements present in the tale "Bárbara" and to verify if Rubião's fantastic presents itself as a possible instrument of social questioning.
