Resumo
This article addresses studies on the relationship between language, interaction, and communication in autistic children. The general objective is to analyze, from theoretical discussions, the interaction and communication in the language of autistic children with the aim of understanding the specific difficulties they face in these aspects. We used as main theorist Lev Vygotsky, author of Thought and Language (2002) and The Social Formation of the Mind (1991). The research is qualitative in nature through a bibliographical survey based on publications. The results of this research certified that social interaction promotes motivation to communicate, as autistic children can find meaning and purpose in communication when interacting with other people, an essential requirement for the development of language and communication. However, it is suggested to continue studies focused on the theme of interaction to contribute to teaching, learning, and promoting a more inclusive and favorable environment for the development of these children.
