Abstract

The implementation of the SAJ (Justice Automation System) at the PGE-AM is providing changes in the way administrative and judicial processes are handled and, through this, the system has contributed so that procedures occur in a faster and more transparent manner. The physical process was, and still is, a fundamental legacy, however, it brought a series of complications, mainly in relation to the loss and disappearance of documents. The objective of this work was to demonstrate how the SAJ influences the speed of the internal administrative and judicial processes of PGE-AM, after observation and analysis of the system within the agency itself. This work had as a methodology of qualitative nature, whose means were bibliographic and documental research regarding descriptive purposes, as well as a case study that shows the importance of implementing a modern and efficient system. The demand at the PGE-AM Protocol and Archive Management was able to obtain a little more relief thanks to the implementation of the Justice Automation System (SAJ) in the specialized attorneys' offices, as it is a program that allows the consultation and monitoring of processes judicial and advisory services in a virtual and modern way, replacing the physical material.
