Proposta de planejamento dos processos de usinagem de eixos de esteiras transportadoras

Abstract

The requirements for speed, quality and lower costs are the characteristics that put a company ahead of the competition, for which it is necessary to plan and continuously monitor its processes. Thus, this work aims to develop a proposal for creating planning processes in the machining sector, in search of improvement, applying the DMAIC methodology, to understand the current situation of the factory, and defining the sequence of procedures, appropriate tools and parameters that should be used at each stage, thus being able to measure quality and time data that do not exist in principle, aiming to reduce defects caused by the inappropriate use of tools.
