Tecnologia educacional em saúde: construção e validação de um podcast para orientações sobre a Covid-19

Abstract

Develop educational technology about Covid-19, a podcast with guidance for the population. Methodology: It is a methodological, quantitative and validation study. Developed in four stages: 1) gathering requirements through a narrative review of manuals and protocols from the Ministry of Health (MS) and the World Health Organization (WHO); 2) technology construction; 3) content validation with expert judges; 4) semantic validation with the target audience. Judges from the health area were considered, nursing professionals, with experience and level of knowledge on the subject. The target audience participants were selected based on their experience during the Covid-19 pandemic via the chatbot service platform. The form was answered by 13 expert judges and 41 participants from the target audience. The data were evaluated with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and the Content Validity Index (CVI) using the Likert Scale
