Abstract

Unplanned urban expansion directly affects urban planning, causing housing to be built in a disorderly manner. Thus, the Social and Environmental Program of Igarapés de Manaus - PROSAMIM, emerged to contribute to the resolution of environmental, urban and social problems, arising from these irregular occupations. For this, it has a multidisciplinary team from different areas, such as an environmental, social, planning, legal, administrative, financial and engineering team. Among them, the engineering team should be highlighted, which in this study had an applied execution analysis. This mentioned analysis is an alternative to the search for better results, in search of the constitutional administrative principle Efficiency. Because only if possible to obtain the result from the moment that there are indicators that demonstrate the reality. Therefore, the objective was to find out if the allocated team performs the services that are delegated to it, respecting the principles of public administration. And yet, which benefits add to the public administration and the population that depends on these services.
