O uso do autocontrole como ferramenta da qualidade em uma empresa do polo industrial de Manaus

Abstract

Quality in a company is a sector that is constantly improving. The paper also analyzes and proves the efficiency of the use of self-control in a factory in the Industrial Pole of Manaus. A case study was made, with the analysis of non-conformity detection data through self-control, stored during the period of 6 months. In addition, a potential for improvement in the process was discovered, causing plastic parts that were previously thrown away, were now used in the process. For this, an analysis of the process was carried out, through brainstorming with all the areas used, and practical tests to prove the new functional process flow. The results found were positive, proved the effectiveness of self-control, exhibited the autonomy given to the analysis operators as the parts of daily plastic parts, it is something that adds the process and the product. Since, the number of parts rejected for being non-compliant, they are smaller since the problem is detected early, in the self-control sample. The change in the process flow was also satisfactory, making the company save a high amount of money and decrease its scrap volume indicator. The follow-up after the change was made for 2 months and no problems related to the new flow, such as mixing different plastic parts, were evidenced.
