Contratos administrativos: atuação dos fiscais e gestores de contratos na universidade do estado do Amazonas

Abstract

This article aims to study the process of performance of supervisors and administrators of administrative contracts of the public agency: State University of Amazonas, seeking to describe, analyze and evaluate these procedures. As for the methodology applied to this study, it is characterized as qualitative and descriptive. How much to use, classify them as field research and case study. A data analysis was done through documentary research and interview through a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed through content analysis of the information included in the interview. As a result of this study, use a description of the procedures and forms of action of the inspectors and contract managers of the Amazonas State University. Thus, after the study verifies the opportunities for improvement, it is thus possible to contribute to the performance methods and generate more efficiency in the execution of the contractual object
