Mulher no mercado de trabalho: uma abordagem a partir da teoria da economia feminista

Abstract

To perform an approach to understanding the insertion of women in the labor market based on the vision of the feminist economic theory. The work has the main type of research of integrative literature review. Thus, it is presented as a bibliographical research of a qualitative and exploratory approach. The literary databases used were Google Scholar, Scielo, Periódico Capes and NEEF. To build the theoretical basis of this article, a total of 10 references were used. Of these references, only four were selected to compose the results. From this, it is understood that feminist economics arose to contribute to the analysis of a problem which is not reflected in traditional theories, especially in mainstream economics. Nevertheless, the interpretative currents that insert the gender category in the analysis of their studies are unable to unveil the "whys", only reducing themselves to clarify a relation of inequality. Through the construction of this present work, it was possible to understand that despite the evolution of women in society, in reference to their rights, the science of economics is still dominated by men, and among all the fields of social sciences, this is the one that presents the greatest resistance in the incorporation of the women's issue.
