Estudo de caso: as políticas ambientais adotadas em um órgão do judiciário estadual e a efetividade das mesmas

Abstract

Public agencies are increasingly committed to environmental causes, sustainability awareness policies through the consumption of office supplies, waste disposal in an environmentally sound manner. This article interprets, through case study, what is the effectiveness of the environmental policies adopted, being the effectiveness, and the relation of knowledge and interaction with them. The case study was done at a state judiciary agency. The information analyzed and interpreted were obtained by applying questionnaires with a sample of 26 employees, and through informal interviews and participatory observation, during the 6-month performance at the agency, unstructured interviews and documentary research. The results show that most employees consider important sustainability actions to be taken in the body, but few actually participate, and few are interested in participating in the future, nor is they aware of the Sustainable Logistics Subcommittee, that is, demonstrating that they are effective. Relatively, future actions need to attract more employees to be more active in environmental policies.
