Resumo
As a result of the electoral process in the Court of Justice of the State of Amazonas, there are
biennial changes in leadership through the designs of the elected manager for the occupation
of positions of trust. To this end, active employees see a new scenario, where changes occur
in interpersonal relationships and in the procedures performed, directly affecting people
management and the continuity of administrative processes. The research was carried out with
the objective of analyzing the impacts of changing people in positions of trust, from the change
of management in the agency. This is an applied and descriptive study, which sought to identify
possible solutions based on the perception of the agency's employees. Thus, analyzing the
results, it was concluded that, despite the change of management being an ongoing
phenomenon and that until now will always exist in the public sector, there are ways such as
implementation of competency management or even the creation of administrative manuals
that minimize the impacts caused by these changes.
