O descarte de resíduos sólidos na orla de São Gabriel da Cachoeira - AM como ferramenta para o ensino de educação ambiental

Abstract

This work addresses man's greed to improve his way of life also has disastrous consequences, in addition to disrupting the forest environment, urbanization presents several problems such as lack of basic sanitation, health, and especially the excess of solid waste consumed in a unrestrained by people. So the development of Environmental Education in the school environment is necessary so that the practices focused on this theme, transform the students' conception, incorporating the construction of collective and individual actions so that these students are able to solve environmental problems. The objective of this work is to develop a practical activity to raise awareness among students regarding the inadequate disposal of solid waste in inappropriate places. The analysis of perceptions that follow the line of Environmental Education in the school environment contributes to the reflection and implementation of activities based on previous knowledge, putting the student in contact with their own reality.
