Os reflexos de empreendedorismo e inovação no cenário cultural: a CIA de dança Gandhicats e a ascenção de Gandhi Tabosa em um mercado em expansão

Abstract

The objective of this article was to present resourses and concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation, in order to identify the importance of its application, talk about the evolution of protection to the amazon culture and demonstrate the rise of Gandhi Tabosa and Gandhicats characterized by entrepreneurship and innovation. Such study provides a clearer view of cultural entrepreneurship, exemplified by a Manaura dance company, the Gandhicats. The information collected were displayed through direct observation, bibliographic consultation and application of an open interview with the owner Gandhi Tabosa, in order to understand the operation of the company and to correlate the concepts addressed. After the analysis it was possible to highlight the spiritual enterprise in the cultural scenario, the differential of Gandhicats Company and they national recognition, from the innovations of Gandhi Tabosa.
