Sistema prisional feminino: políticas públicas de capacitação como fator de reintegração social

Abstract

The purpose of this article was, from the national and state norms, to analyze the public policies of capacity and their effectiveness in the deprived of liberty women social reintegration of the Women’s Semi-Open Prison Unit. For this, choose to perform a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative study, using the sequential explanatory strategy through documentary research to collect statistical data and information on projects, courses and programs implemented from public policies, followed by interview with the public servants to supplement the information. After analyzing the data executed, was detected, according to the requirements of the prison system, enough appeared in the issues of training public policies, and which responsible agency for penitentiary administration uses as a basis for creating projects and partnerships, but there is no effective control of stock data to know if the purpose of the prisons is being effective.
