Resumo
Music is present in the lives of students mainly through a device
cell phone, it is an art that they appreciate and enjoy. Music in the form of a parody can be
worked in the classroom, as it arouses students’ interest and makes them participate
of the proposed activity. Therefore, this work aims to understand the contributions of
use of parodied music in the learning process in Chemistry, identifying how much
This method can help in teaching Chemistry. The methodology used in the work was
field research, in a state school in the municipality of Tefé – AM. The questionnaire was
used as a data collection instrument in a 1st year high school class, these
data were tabulated and a quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out. Therefore, with the parody
“Our Atom” an electronic distribution class was developed, and the results showed
that there was great agreement among students regarding the methodology adopted. The results
showed that the methodology is a good strategy for teaching chemistry, which is a way
more attractive to teach and helped to consolidate the content. However, it was found that the
Parody is a resource that can help with chemistry content by providing many
possibilities for absorbing knowledge in a more pleasurable way
