Resumo
The present work had as objective the development of a traceability system which can
be integrated to different types of industrial machines. The system consists of: A developed
hardware, which embeds an ESP32 microcontroller that is responsible for acquiring the RFID
values, an MFRC522 reader and for monitoring the machine's safety sensors; a software, in the
Python programming language, which is contained in a raspberry, responsible for reading,
managing and interfacing the system. The Raspberry communicates with an API that, in turn,
performs queries and records the gas station's products in the database. The communication
between the API and the raspberry aims to: Perform the validation of access to the machine;
carry out product validation; register the machine's processes; consult whether the daily safety
checklist has been completed; record the validation process of the safety sensors and carry out
the PLC control. The system was installed and adapted to a machine called Automatic Transfer
of Motherboards XPF phase to REFLOW Oven, which was developed in a company in the
Industrial Pole of Manaus. The machine's function is to perform the automatic transfer of
motherboards, during the process of a production line, on top of pallets before the welding
process in the oven. The installation of the system resulted in an improvement of the company
in an industry 4.0 requirement, expanding the systems of integration of machine systems, the
monitoring of manufacturing processes and the increase of processes with reduction of human
errors.
