This comic is the result of FAPEAM Notice N. 009/2019 - PROGRAM OF
SUPPORT FOR THE POPULARIZATION OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION - SOP
C, T&I for the 16th National Science and Technology Week (SNCT). This one
year the SNCT theme was “Bioeconomy: Diversity and richness for the
sustainable development", our proposal is the production of a material
bilingual, for deaf and hearing people that promotes social insertion, where it is
approached Bioeconomy and presented the main concepts and derivatives
of açaí bioproducts, which a more sustainable society demands.
This comic is a continuation, the result of previous successful experiences, with
consecutive approval of two public notices and the production of the four comic book series
with results that reflect positively even today in schools and in the
academic, where the material is used as a methodological strategy for the
science teaching. The QR code is an innovation used in this version that gives
access to information other than those exposed in the HQ, allowing greater
inclusion, making this work adjust to modernity while
scientific dissemination tool.
The Comics-HQs were created by a team
multidisciplinary: professors and students of the State University of
Amazonas, professors of the Secretariat of the State of Amazonas, with experience
in the production of didactic material, and with the partnership of the Museum's pedagogue
Amazônico, with experience in Scientific Dissemination, aiming at a proposal
didactic-pedagogical approach to serve as support for teachers who work
at different levels of schooling. We believe it can contribute
ludic and interactive way for the construction process and appropriation of the
knowledge systematized by the student. In this way the pleasant reading
of Comics – comics, in the format of illustrated comics, favor
significantly so that students acquire knowledge,
attitudes, values and skills necessary to adopt a style of
life that promotes sustainability, contributing to the appreciation of
