Ensino de Ciências e literatura infantil: uma experiência com a interdisciplinaridade

Abstract

The present research refers to the interdisciplinary teaching focusing on Teaching Science in Children's Literature. Data were collected at a public school in the city of Manaus, which the regent teacher was interviwed, activity with the students of the 5th year of elementary school and analysis of activities. The goal is to investigate how the teaching of science and children's literature is articulated in class, to analyze the importance of interdisciplinary teaching in the school, if literary books are offered in daily classes, as articulates the interdisciplinary teaching proposals for teaching of science. According to the development and articulation with the theorists, it was possible to understand the need to work in interdisciplinary teaching, even though science has its particularity, as well as children's literature. The possibility of working with science education articulated with children's literature through playfulness, new resources and a more comprehensive and meaningful methodology was also significant.
