It has a predilection for the female sex, until the third decade of life and the most affected site is the gingiva. Nevo composite is a benign proliferation of nevus cells, its etiology is still unclear. The differential diagnosis of Giant Cell Fibroma includes fibroma, local inflammatory hyperplasia and lipoma. Nevo Composite Nevus includes pigmented nevus, melanoma and hemangioma. Treatment for both lesions is complete removal of the lesion and referral for histopathological analysis for correct diagnosis. The present work aims to report the case of concomitant and independent Giant Cell Nevus and Giant Cell Fibroma in the same patient, female, 23 years old, its treatment and preservation
