Saúde mental de trabalhadores de uma escola superior de ciências da saúde de uma universidade pública em tempos de pandemia do Covid-19

Abstract

To analyze the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of workers at a Higher School of Health Sciences at a public University in northern Brazil; characterize the sociodemographic profile of workers at the Higher School of Health Sciences; investigate the mental health of workers before the COVID-19 pandemic; identify possible changes in the mental health of these workers during the pandemic; check the main resources used by these workers to improve post-pandemic mental health, at the time. Method: this is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Results: from the data collected, the main changes in the mental health of ESA/UEA workers in times of pandemic were identified. Conclusion: the research showed that COVID-19 significantly affected the mental health of employees, taking into account the data analyzed and quantified in the present work
