The article examines the legal regime of employee representation in the company, recently approved under the 2017 labor reform. With support in comparative experience and in the Federal Constitution of 1988, it shows its concept and the aspects that make up its legal content, especially the rights of participation and information of workers. It then examines the recently approved legal regime, especially the duties of the workers' commission, the electoral process and guarantees to workers, analyzing their constitutional correspondence.
