    Poluição labor-ambiental: aportes jurídicos gerais

    This research is based on the Brazilian Constitutional assumption that the work environment comprehends an inherent aspect of the environment (Brazilian Federal Constitution, article 200, VIII), and thus proposes possibilities to build a juridical concept for the phenomenon of work environmental pollution. The study is structured in a conceptual escalation materialized in the previous investigation of the meanings of "environment", "work environment" and "pollution", phrases whose juridical horizons certainly condition the semantic reach to work environment pollution.
